As the stress of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) continues many people have had to work from home. With this in mind we thought it would be a great way to teach you guys how to create a calming environment to work in. Here are a few of our tips to try:

Have a Beverage on Hand

Sipping tea is not for everyone but there are so many health benefits from doing this. Herbal teas are some of the healthiest things you can drink. These teas can be a great alternative to sugary drinks and coffee (sorry coffee lovers!), while still providing great taste and a natural boost.
